I shoot real estate here in Redding, and I built this around the two things agents tell me they actually want: photos that come back fast, and a photographer who shows up when he said he would.

How fast will I get the photos?

Within 24 hours of the shoot, edited and ready for the MLS. Need them sooner? Same-day delivery is $75.

Where do you shoot?

Redding and across Northern California, from Anderson and Red Bluff to Shingletown, Weaverville, and Lake Almanor. Travel beyond 10 miles of Redding is $0.70 a mile, round-trip.

Can I use the photos for everything?

Yes. Every shoot is licensed for your MLS listing and your marketing.

What is included?

Fully edited, listing-ready photos. No watermarks, no waiting on extras.

What is a First Look image?

One AI-enhanced image from your shoot, included with every package. Estate and Signature get two. I pick the frame, because it only works on the right one. It is not sold separately, and like every altered image it arrives labeled and paired with the original.

Do you do twilight?

I do, and I will talk you into it. On-site twilight is $150 on any package, and it is built into Signature. If the light or the schedule will not cooperate, virtual twilight is $30 a photo.

Do you offer virtual staging or AI images?

Yes. Virtual staging, lot concept renderings, Yard Reset landscaping, renovation renderings, lot-line overlays, and object removal. Every altered image is delivered clearly labeled and paired with its original, so it posts to the MLS compliant under California AB 723.
